REGISTRATION FORMS

When an application is received, your child is placed on our pre-registration list. Registration for Kirk House Preschool begins the February prior to the school year. Registration for the 2023-24 school year has already begun.

Once we have notified you that we have a place for your child at the school, you will need to submit the 5 state-required forms along with a $200 registration fee.
